One thing that sets us apart as a company is that at our core, we are a family-owned and -operated business built on the values of dedication, integrity, and hard work. B-Epic Worldwide was founded in 2016 by industry expert Dan Putnam in partnership with his parents, successful business owners, Richard and Lynn Putnam.
Dan Putnam, Founder & Chief Executive Officer
Dan Putnam founded B-Epic Worldwide with the vision of helping others improve their physical and financial health. He is a successful entrepreneur and business owner with nearly three decades of network marketing experience having started in the industry when he was in college. Regarded as one of the premier experts in the direct selling industry, he has built multiple large organizations – reaching the highest achievement levels in several companies and creating six- and seven-figure incomes in each. Over the last decade, Dan has used his extensive business and technical expertise to develop and implement turnkey marketing and business-building systems for various companies benefiting tens of thousands of home-based business owners around the world. He is passionate about helping others get started in their own business and has mentored multiple six-figure yearly income earners throughout his career.
Lynn Putnam, Co-Founder & Executive Vice President
Lynn Putnam is a founding partner of B-Epic Worldwide and has been highly involved in the business administration and day-to-day operations since the beginning. As the Executive Vice President, she works to ensure that policies and practices promote company culture and vision. Detailed oriented and experienced in management, Lynn is dedicated to ensuring the company functions the best way possible and in full compliance. Moreover, as the "mother" of the company, she supports the B-Epic team around the world keeping everything on track. In addition to previously running her own successful business for many years, Lynn is also well known in her local community as an influential speaker and skilled organizer. She is the proud mother of five remarkable children - all of whom are successful business leaders.
Richard Putnam, Co-Founder & Chief Financial Officer
Richard Putnam is an integral part of B-Epic’s foundation and ongoing success. In addition to being one of the founding partners, he serves as the Chief Financial Officer– a role for which he is well suited and highly qualified. Extremely thorough and skilled at business and financial management, he handles all the finances for the company and keeps us in profit. Even before starting B-Epic, Richard had a long, prosperous career in business and is well-regarded as an accomplished business owner and financial manager. It seems as though entrepreneurship is in his blood as he has owned and operated his own businesses most of his adult life – all of which have been profitable. Richard and his wife Lynn currently live in St. George, Utah and enjoy spending time with their grandchildren.
Brenda Rice, Chief Operations Officer
Brenda Rice is a key member of the B-Epic Corporate Team and excels in her position as our Chief Operations Officer. Her keen ability to understand every little detail while seeing the whole picture makes her an indispensable resource to the rest of the team as well as to our distributors in the field. She works tirelessly behind the scenes to make sure everyone has what they need to be successful. As a highly strategic thinker who understands all the workings in the company, she has become the person our leaders turn to for clarification and direction when they have questions. Prior to B-Epic Worldwide, Brenda was a top leader in sales and management for a nation-wide company. She is known for her big heart and great sense of humor. In her spare time, she likes to cook, garden, and be outdoors.
Jesus Alvarez, Vice President of Sales
Jesus Alvarez provides a wealth of industry knowledge to his position as our Vice President of Sales. In this capacity, he is responsible for making sure everything runs smoothly in all of B-Epic's worldwide markets, which he is highly qualified to achieve. With more than 20 years of experience in the direct selling industry, Jesus has served in a variety of positions such as VP of Logistics, executive management, sales, and support. His approach has been successful around the world, including in the United States, Canada, South East Asia, Eurasia, Europe, and Latin America markets. Jesus is originally from Mexico and currently resides in Utah with his beautiful wife and four kids. He loves traveling, building family memories, and learning from different cultures.
JC Martinez, Vice President of Global Expansion
JC Martinez brings energy and experience to his role as the Vice President of Global Expansion for B-Epic Worldwide. For the past decade, he has specialized in sales and business development in the health wellness and fitness industry for global direct sales companies. A natural people person, JC focuses on ensuring that our brand partners and customers have a great experience with B-Epic because he knows company culture is vital for business growth and customer retention. His passion for connecting with and helping others was first sparked working for his family business when he was growing up. Currently, JC lives in Utah and enjoys working out, going on adventures, and bonding with friends.

Our Medical Advisory Board – comprised of top-tier doctors, researchers, and formulators – helps us find proven, unique products that are real game changers.
Balamurali Ambati
Dr. Bala Ambati earned his Medical Degree from Mount Sinai School of Medicine at the age of 17, giving him the distinction of the world's youngest doctor. He did his residency at Harvard University, completed a fellowship at Duke University, and was a National Merit Scholar. He also went on to get a PhD in Cell Biology as well as an MBA. Dr. Ambati has served on the faculty of multiple institutions of higher education and has been the recipient of many prestigious awards. Active in both clinical work and research, he is a highly accomplished eye surgeon and an internationally recognized scientist/researcher. His most significant basic science research advances have been published in Nature and recognized by Science as a Signaling Breakthrough of the Year. In addition, Dr. Ambati’s humanitarian work has taken him around the world.
William Hennen
Dr. William Hennen is a bio-organic and medicinal chemist with thirteen years in drug design and development and over three decades in nutraceutical product development. He currently serves as the Chief Science Officer for Cell-IQ and is widely known as a leading supplement scientist of “next gen” products that address issues at their root causes. Having led the development of transfer factor products since the 1990s, Dr. Hennen is considered the “father” of transfer factor supplementation. In addition, he is an internationally recognized researcher and speaker on the role of nutrition in health maintenance and recovery. He is author of over 40 patents and publications in bio-organic, medicinal, and nutritional chemistry. Dr. Hennen has a Ph.D. in Bio-Organic and Medicinal Chemistry with post-doctoral specializations in enzymatic and hormonal processes.
Kim Min-soo
Dr. Kim Min-soo of Korea is a leading expert, researcher, and innovator regarding the effects of natural quantum energy on the human body for prevention and therapy. His prestigious career in the health sciences/medical field spans over three decades. Dr. Kim worked as a research doctor at Korea University's Institute of Future Convergence Technology. He has served as the President of the Society for Microbiological Testing, as an Evaluation Advisor for the Ministry of Health and Welfare’s Medical Institution, and as an Adjunct Professor at Korea University of Health and Science. Currently, Dr. Kim is the CEO of TM Bio – a biotech firm dedicated to researching, developing, and bringing to market innovative products.
Adam Saucedo
Dr. Adam Saucedo is a recognized physician/scientist and international educator/ lecturer on nutrition, health, dietary supplementation, and vascular disease. He earned his Medical Degree from the University of Rochester School of Medicine. After which, he was commissioned in the United States Armed Forces for ten years where he served as a Combat Surgeon and Emergency Department Physician. Dr. Saucedo’s remarkable achievements include being a Research Scholar for the National Institutes of Health and a Research Fellow at the University of Utah School of Medicine. As the recipient of the coveted fellowship, his research focused on drug discovery and the study of angiogenesis. He is also a successful entrepreneur and product developer in the health and wellness industry.
